  • New and better homes
  • Job opportunities
  • A creative business park
  • Office accommodation
  • Education
  • Transport improvements
  • Environment improvements.

 The project will take between ten and fifteen years to complete and includes:

  • A new home for City College
  • New homes
  • Plans for a new Sidney Stringer School
  • A City Centre Health Facility

It is hoped that the development will bring up to 7,000 jobs to the area.
