St Johns in Coventry City Centre is being developed as the new headquarters for Severn Trent.

Severn Trent has decided to relocate its national centre to the heart of Coventry. This move will see around 1,200 Severn Trent staff moving into the new premises in 2010. It is also predicted that up to 100 new jobs could be created within Severn Trent.

The new building will lead the way in environmental and sustainable practices, both in terms of its construction and future use.

This is another example of Coventry attracting a relocating firm into the city.
