• People who work with children and in education such as teachers, play workers and youth workers.
• Healthcare and medical staff.
• People employed in the justice sector such as community police officers and youth offending teams.
• People who work in adult social care such as social workers and care workers.

The sector is a key employer in the West Midlands.
